Amends s. 548.062, F.S. to remove the scheduled repeal date of the public records exemption for proprietary confidential business information held by the Florida State Boxing Commission.

Exempts from public disclosure ticket sales numbers, gross receipts, trade secrets, business plans, and internal/external audit reports provided by boxing promoters to the commission.

Allows disclosure of exempted information to other governmental entities performing their duties and responsibilities.

Removes the October 2, 2021 repeal date that was subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the exemption permanent.

Takes effect October 1, 2021.
