Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2021 for the public records exemption related to financial information submitted by private entity applicants to the Department of Transportation for state-funded infrastructure bank loans or credit enhancements

Financial information exempt from disclosure includes business plans, pro forma statements, account balances, operating income or revenue, asset values, and debt of applicants

Exemption does not apply to records of applicants in default of a loan issued under the state-funded infrastructure bank program

Eliminates the requirement for the exemption to be reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect October 1, 2021
