Amends section 624.4212, F.S., which provides public records exemptions for proprietary business information, solvency reports and disclosures held by the Office of Insurance Regulation

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2021, making the public records exemption permanent

Eliminates the requirement that the exemption be reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature

Takes effect October 1, 2021
