Exempts portions of Florida Gaming Control Commission meetings from public meeting requirements when exempt or confidential information is discussed, provided the chair declares necessity in writing and files the declaration with official records.

Requires the entire closed session to be recorded with commencement and termination times, all discussion and proceedings, and names of all persons present, with no portions off the record.

Limits attendance of exempt meeting portions to commission members, Department of Law Enforcement staff, and other persons necessary for presenting exempt or confidential information.

Makes recordings, minutes, and notes from exempt meeting portions confidential and exempt from public records disclosure until the information is no longer exempt or confidential.

Automatically repeals the exemptions on October 2, 2026, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts them; takes effect contingent on HB 7053 or similar legislation becoming law in the same legislative session.
