Recognizes posttraumatic stress injury can result from combat, interpersonal violence, life-threatening accidents, and natural disasters

Encourages the Departments of Health, Military Affairs, and Veterans' Affairs to educate the public and affected individuals about causes, symptoms, and treatment of posttraumatic stress injury
