District shall request Army Corps of Engineers seek congressional approval of Lake Okeechobee Watershed Restoration Project (LOWRP) implementation report before passage of Water Resources Development Act of 2022.

District and Corps shall execute a project partnership agreement immediately following congressional approval of the LOWRP.

District shall expedite development and implementation of LOWRP aquifer storage and recovery wells, with reactivation of Kissimmee River pilot system by January 30, 2022, and all feasible wells operational by March 30, 2027.

District shall construct exploratory and monitoring wells at remaining feasible cluster sites by August 1, 2021, with all feasible wells at suitable locations operational by March 30, 2027.

District shall pursue expedited implementation of Paradise Run and Kissimmee River Center wetland restoration projects and submit compliance report to Legislature by November 1, 2021.
