Amends Florida's safe schools allocation formula so that each school district receives a minimum allocation from the total appropriated funds, with remaining funds split one-third based on the Florida Crime Index and two-thirds based on unweighted full-time equivalent student enrollment

Requires that funds appropriated for the school resource officer program in the 2021-2022 fiscal year be used exclusively for employing or contracting for additional school resource officers, not for other purposes

Mandates distribution of school resource officer funding to all school districts based on proportionate student enrollment, regardless of whether a district participates in the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program

Requires each district school superintendent to remit any unused 2020-2021 fiscal year Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program funds to the Department of Education by August 1, 2021

Authorizes the Department of Education, upon request of a county sheriff, to redistribute those returned Guardian Program funds to school districts that have not previously participated in the program, for implementing school safety programs
