Requires each county courthouse in Florida to provide at least one dedicated lactation space for the public by January 1, 2022, located outside of a restroom, that is hygienic, shielded from public view, free from intrusion, and equipped with an electrical outlet

Authorizes the use of state-appropriated or private funds to provide lactation spaces in district courts of appeal facilities

Exempts courthouses where the responsible operator determines that no existing space can be repurposed, no space can be made private at reasonable cost using portable materials and private funding, and new construction would be required to create the lactation space

Creates Section 29.24, Florida Statutes, with an effective date of July 1, 2021, and declares the act fulfills an important state interest
