Defines "police canine" as any canine owned or employed by a state or local law enforcement agency, correctional agency, fire department, special fire district, or State Fire Marshal for detecting criminal activity, flammable materials, missing persons, enforcing laws, investigating fires, or apprehending offenders

Authorizes licensed emergency transport vehicles to transport police canines injured in the line of duty to a veterinary clinic, but only if no individual requires medical attention or transport at that time

Permits paramedics and emergency medical technicians to provide emergency medical care to police canines injured in the line of duty at the scene or during transport to a veterinary facility

Grants criminal and civil immunity to paramedics and EMTs who act in good faith when providing emergency medical care to injured police canines

Exempts paramedics and EMTs providing authorized emergency care to injured police canines from Florida's veterinary practice licensing requirements under Chapter 474; effective July 1, 2021
