Amends Florida licensure by endorsement requirements so that applicants seeking this pathway must not be licensed in any state or territory, replacing the previous language of "another" state or territory (s. 473.308)

Nonresident licensees renewing their Florida license are deemed to have met continuing education requirements (except ethics provisions) if they have complied with the continuing education requirements of the state where their office is located

Nonresident licensees whose home state has no continuing education requirements must fully comply with Florida's continuing education standards under s. 473.312

Requires that a majority of the hours in the mandatory ethics continuing education component include a review of the provisions of chapters 455 and 473 and related administrative rules

Effective date is July 1, 2021
