Removes the word "previously" from Florida Statute 196.183(4) to allow owners of currently assessed property to qualify for personal property tax exemptions without filing an initial return.

Property owners may qualify for exemptions at the discretion of the property appraiser when property has been assessed without a return being filed.

Effective July 1, 2021.
