Requires employers to pay full health insurance premiums for surviving spouses and dependent children of law enforcement, correctional, and correctional probation officers who died from exposure to a pandemic disease that was the subject of a declared public health emergency on or after March 1, 2020.

Extends health insurance coverage for surviving children until the age of majority or until the end of the calendar year in which the child reaches age 25 if the child remains dependent or is a full-time or part-time student.

Covers surviving spouse until remarriage; health insurance benefits from other sources reduce benefits under this provision.

Makes it a first-degree misdemeanor for any person to make false or fraudulent statements to obtain coverage, with penalties including loss of benefits and reimbursement requirements for convicted beneficiaries.

Applies retroactively to officers who died from pandemic disease exposure on or after March 1, 2020.
