Requires managed care plans to collect and report Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures stratified by age, race, ethnicity, primary language, sex, and disability status, with publication on plan websites for performance comparison.

Mandates managed care plans serving Medicaid enrollees ages birth to 20 years to annually collect and report Core Set of Children's Health Care Quality measures stratified by the same demographic categories and publish results on their websites.

Directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to use both HEDIS and Child Core Set measures as tools to monitor managed care plan performance.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
