Requires a minimum of $100,000 annually from Florida Forever Trust Fund proceeds be spent on projects improving surface water and groundwater quality in the Apalachicola Bay Area of Critical State Concern for fiscal years 2021-2022 through 2025-2026

Eligible projects include construction and replacement of stormwater management facilities, central sewage collection facilities, onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems, and direct and indirect potable reuse initiatives

Amends section 259.105, Florida Statutes to add this funding requirement to the existing distribution formula for Department of Environmental Protection land acquisition and capital project expenditures

Takes effect July 1, 2021
