Creates civil cause of action allowing victims of sexually explicit images to sue interactive computer services (platforms, internet providers, libraries, educational institutions) that fail to remove such images within 24 hours of written notification.

Permits parents or guardians to bring actions on behalf of minor victims and allows courts to award compensatory damages, punitive damages if conduct was willful, and injunctive relief.

Imposes civil penalty of $100,000 per day for noncompliance with injunctions, with collected funds deposited into the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund; requires courts to award attorney fees and costs related to injunction issuance.

Allows victims with bona fide claims to request pseudonyms issued by the Department of Legal Affairs for use in all legal pleadings, recognized as valid legal identities in Florida courts.

Amends section 92.56 to permit victims in civil actions under this new statute to use pseudonyms in court records and proceedings, consistent with existing protections for sexual offense and trafficking victims.
