Adds violations of chapter 825 (abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly persons and disabled adults) to the Office of Statewide Prosecution's authority to investigate and prosecute offenses occurring in multiple judicial circuits.

Disqualifies persons convicted of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly persons or disabled adults from serving as personal representatives in probate proceedings.

Creates forfeiture provisions preventing convicted abusers, neglectors, exploiters, or killers of elderly persons or disabled adults from receiving inheritance, survivorship rights, life insurance benefits, or trust interests, unless the victim executes a written instrument authorizing retention of such benefits.

Expands definitions of abuse to include intentional isolation or restriction of access to family members, and exploitation to include obtaining property through fraudulent modification of wills or trusts and receiving kickbacks or improper benefits from service providers.

Extends ex parte temporary injunctions for protection against exploitation of vulnerable adults from 15 days to up to 45 days total (initial 15 days plus one 30-day extension) and adds agents under power of attorney as authorized parties to file exploitation injunction petitions.
