Requires driver license and identification card applications to provide three gender designation options: male, female, or nonbinary.

Updates references to gender information throughout Florida Statutes by replacing "sex" with "gender designation" in sections covering voter registration, motor vehicle records access, school district reporting, and license replacement procedures.

Modifies application requirements in sections 322.051 and 322.08 to specify that applicants must provide full name (first, middle or maiden, and last names) and gender designation on forms.

Changes terminology in section 322.14 to require driver licenses to display the licensee's gender "designation" rather than unspecified gender information.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
