Authorizes passage of dental examinations produced by the Western Regional Examining Board (WREB) as an alternative to the American Dental Licensing Examination (ADEX) for licensure as a dentist in Florida.

Requires the Board of Dentistry to maintain representation on WREB's board of directors, examination development committee, and other designated committees to ensure examination standards are maintained.

Applies the same requirements to dental hygiene licensure, allowing WREB's dental hygiene examination as an alternative to ADEX and requiring board representation on relevant WREB committees.

Permits applicants to use passing scores from ADEX or WREB examinations taken in other jurisdictions, with scores remaining valid for 365 days after official results are published.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
