Amends section 163.045 of Florida Statutes to add definitions for terms used in tree pruning, trimming, or removal regulations on residential property

Defines "residential property" to include single-family dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes, condominium units, cooperative units, manufactured homes, modular homes, and mobile home parks

Defines "mobile home park" as a use of land where lots or spaces are offered for rent or lease for mobile homes with primary residential use
