Requires persons or entities to remove arrest booking photographs within 10 calendar days of receiving a written removal request from the person pictured or their legal representative, and prohibits republishing or redisseminating the photograph after removal.

Authorizes civil action with court-imposed penalties of $1,000 per day for failure to remove a photograph within 10 calendar days of a removal request.

Authorizes civil action with court-imposed penalties of $5,000 per day if a person or entity republishes or redisseminates a photograph that was previously required to be removed.

Requires courts to award reasonable attorney fees and court costs in civil actions and directs all recovered civil penalties to be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.

Designates refusal to remove an arrest booking photograph or republishing a removed photograph as an unfair or deceptive trade practice under Florida law.
