Requires candidates with no party affiliation to state in writing at the time of oath that they have not been a registered member of any political party for 365 days before the beginning of the qualifying period for the general election.

Adds this written statement requirement as a condition of qualifying for election as a no party affiliation candidate, alongside existing filing requirements.

Conforms provisions in ss. 99.061 and 99.063 to reference the new written statement requirement for no party affiliation candidates during the qualifying process.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
