Creates the Florida Strategic Fuel Reserve Task Force adjunct to the Division of Emergency Management within the Executive Office of the Governor to develop a recommended strategic fuel reserve plan for responding to private and public fuel needs during disasters or emergencies.

Task force consists of nine members: three appointed by the President of the Senate, three by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and three by the Governor.

Task force shall elect a chair and vice chair to lead operations consistent with Florida Statutes section 20.052.

Division of Emergency Management shall provide administrative and support services to the task force.

Task force must submit a report containing strategic fuel reserve plan recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by April 30, 2022, with the task force expiring June 30, 2022.
