Revises Florida Statutes section 332.007 to expand eligibility for state aviation development funding to include general aviation airports and nonprimary commercial service airports.

Removes the previous restriction limiting funding only to airports with no scheduled commercial service.

Maintains the department's authority to fund up to 80 percent of master planning and eligible aviation development projects at publicly owned, publicly operated airports.

Effective date is July 1, 2021.
