Establishes the Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender Student Loan Repayment Program within the Department of Education to increase employment and retention in public sector legal positions.

Requires participants to be Florida Bar members in good standing, employed full-time by a state attorney or public defender office, with less than 10 years of continuous service and earning less than $65,000 annually.

Provides annual payments of $3,000 for participants with 4-7 years of service and $5,000 for those with 7-10 years of service toward student loans issued under the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Requires annual recertification through a certification affidavit submitted to employers within 30 days of employment anniversary, with employers forwarding to the department within 60 days.

Payments are made directly to loan servicers toward the highest interest rate loan and are not considered taxable income; reduces all participant payments proportionally if appropriations are insufficient.
