Amends Florida Statutes section 800.03 to add an exception to unlawful exposure of sexual organs for individuals who are naked at clothing-optional beaches.

Establishes that being naked at a clothing-optional beach does not constitute a violation of indecent exposure laws, provided the behavior is not vulgar or indecent in manner.

Requires the Division of Recreation and Parks of the Department of Environmental Protection to amend Rule 62D-2.014(7)(b), Florida Administrative Code, by October 1, 2021 to comply with the new exception.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
