Amends s. 97.0585, F.S. to make confidential and exempt from public records disclosure the address of legal residence, date of birth, telephone number, and e-mail address of voter registration applicants and voters.

Allows disclosure of the newly protected information only to the individual, canvassing boards or election officials in their official capacity, and political parties, candidates, elected officials, or registered political committees for political purposes only.

Designates the newly exempt voter information under paragraph (1)(f) subject to sunset review and repeal on October 2, 2026, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Maintains existing exemptions for social security numbers, driver license numbers, felony conviction information, preregistered voter information for minors, and voter registration declinations.

Takes effect July 1, 2021, and applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date.
