Creates the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Benefits Fund under the Department of Financial Services to administer family and medical leave insurance benefits program.

Fund receives contributions collected pursuant to section 444.012, with only the executive director or designee authorized to authorize expenditures.

Fund is scheduled for termination on July 1, 2025, unless terminated sooner, and shall be reviewed in accordance with sections 215.3206(1) and (2) before termination.

Bill takes effect contingent on SB ___ or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
