Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former inspectors of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from public records requirements.

Exempts names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children of such inspectors, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Requires written request from the inspector or employing agency to maintain exempt status if the records custodian is not the employer.

Allows inspectors to submit notarized written requests to release their exempt information to specified parties.

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective July 1, 2021.
