Creates the Condominium Fraud Investigation Pilot Program within the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to investigate condominium-related fraud and corruption in Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Monroe County.

Requires the division to hire three financial investigators, five investigators with previous law enforcement experience, and three clerical employees to support the pilot program.

Mandates that all complaints alleging condominium fraud or corruption in the three specified counties be reviewed by the division, with powers to subpoena, audit, investigate, administer oaths, and compel production of records.

Requires the division to refer cases with sufficient evidence for criminal prosecution to the appropriate state attorney.

Funds the pilot program from available funds in the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund and sets program expiration for July 1, 2026; effective October 1, 2021.
