• Department of Economic Opportunity must develop a mobile-optimized website to provide reemployment assistance program access through mobile devices.

• Mobile-optimized website must allow claimants to file claims, view claim information 24/7, update contact information, manage payment methods, submit work search contacts, and request benefits.

• Project implementation, called the "Modernization Project," must reach full operational status no later than the end of fiscal year 2022-2023 and is contingent upon legislative appropriation.

• Department shall maintain a project governance structure with an executive steering committee composed of the executive directors of Economic Opportunity and Revenue, division directors, and the department's chief information officer.

• Executive steering committee oversees both the Reemployment Assistance Claims and Benefits Information System project and the Modernization Project, with responsibility for approving scope changes, reviewing deliverables, and recommending suspension or termination if objectives cannot be achieved.
