Requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to issue a Class "G" license to Class "C" or Class "CC" licensees who hold a valid state license to carry concealed firearms under section 790.06.

Allows Class "C" or Class "CC" licensees with a concealed carry firearms license to carry a concealed firearm without needing a separate Class "G" license.

Permits retired law enforcement officers with at least 10 years of service who are Class "C" or Class "CC" licensees to carry concealed firearms during duty performance if they maintain annual firearms proficiency and carry a valid federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act qualification card.

Clarifies that Class "C" or Class "CC" licensees age 21 and older may carry concealed firearms during duty performance if they hold a Class "G" license, have a concealed carry license, or meet retired officer requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
