Creates a public records exemption for election supervisors' records containing network schematics, hardware/software configurations, encryption details, or IT security incident detection and response practices.

Exempts information that could facilitate unauthorized access to, modification, disclosure, or destruction of election-related data or information technology resources.

Requires exempted records to remain available to the Auditor General and allows sharing with other government entities for IT security purposes or official duties.

Applies the exemption retroactively to records held before, on, or after the effective date.

Exemption subject to sunset review and repeals October 2, 2026, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
