Requires the Division of Emergency Management to complete and maintain an inventory of personal protective equipment including respirators, gloves, gowns, and masks for use during declared emergencies caused by infectious or communicable diseases.

Mandates the division plan for and procure personal protective equipment or establish standby logistic contracts to ensure availability during declared emergencies caused by infectious or communicable diseases.

Makes personal protective equipment available for purchase by health care practitioners and their employers at the cost procured or negotiated by the division.

Prohibits resale of personal protective equipment at prices exceeding the division's purchase price.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
