Exempts groups of certified or licensed individuals providing applied behavior analysis services from health care clinic licensure requirements, provided they are employed by or under contract with a group practice, billing provider, or agency.

Defines "private instructional personnel" to include registered behavior technicians with nationally recognized paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis who work under supervision of qualified individuals providing applied behavior analysis services.

Maintains requirement that entities must be licensed as clinics to receive reimbursement under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law unless specifically exempted.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
