Amends section 73.013, Florida Statutes to add a new exception allowing property acquired through eminent domain to be conveyed to private entities for use in buffering military installations against encroachment.

Property conveyance for military buffering purposes is limited to lands identified on the most recent annual list of base buffering encroachment lands in section 288.980.

Maintains existing exceptions for conveyance of eminent domain property including common carrier services, public utilities, public infrastructure, roads and rights-of-way, and property no longer needed after 10 years of government ownership.

Effective date is July 1, 2021.
