Allows persons protected under active temporary or final injunctions for repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, stalking, or domestic violence to legally intercept and record communications received in violation of those injunctions or court orders.

Permits recordings made under this exception to be provided to law enforcement agencies or courts solely for the purpose of evidencing a violation of an injunction or court order.

Prohibits dissemination or sharing of authorized recordings for any purpose other than evidencing injunction or court order violations.

Amends section 934.03, Florida Statutes, to add this exception to state wiretapping and electronic communications interception prohibitions.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
