Creates the Care for Retired Law Enforcement Dogs Program within the Department of Law Enforcement to provide funding for veterinary care of retired law enforcement dogs.

Requires the department to contract with a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation (organized under chapter 617 and exempt for at least 5 years) to administer the program through a competitive grant award process.

Limits annual reimbursement to $1,500 per dog for veterinary care expenses (including wellness exams, surgeries, emergency care, and euthanasia) provided by licensed veterinarians in Florida, with no carryover of unused funds between years.

Allows the nonprofit corporation to use up to 10 percent of appropriated funds for administrative expenses and prohibits reimbursement when annual program funds are depleted.

Appropriates $300,000 in recurring General Revenue funds annually beginning in fiscal year 2021-2022 for program implementation, effective July 1, 2021.
