Expands the public records exemption in section 252.905, Florida Statutes to include emergency response assessment reports, evaluation tools, and after-action reports prepared by the Division of Emergency Management or local emergency management agencies.

Defines "after-action report" as a report containing observations of a disaster, incident, emergency, or exercise with recommendations for corrective actions; "emergency response assessment report" as analysis of response actions by first responders and stakeholders; and "evaluation tools" as instruments used to measure the quality or efficacy of disaster response actions.

Maintains the existing exemption for information furnished by persons or businesses to the Division of Emergency Management or local emergency management agencies for emergency planning assistance.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment by October 2, 2026 to prevent automatic repeal.

Effective July 1, 2021.
