Classifies violations as deceptive and unfair trade practices subject to civil penalties and remedies under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Allows restaurants to voluntarily pay higher percentages for additional advertising or services offered by third-party platforms.

Preempts county and municipal laws, ordinances, and regulations concerning relationships between delivery platforms and restaurants.
