Adds ground for discipline of health care practitioners who are convicted, plead guilty, or attempt/solicit/conspire to commit offenses listed in s. 456.074(5) or similar offenses in other jurisdictions.

Expands immediate license suspension requirement to all health care practitioners (previously limited to specific licensed professions) who plead guilty to or are convicted of felonies related to fraud, drug offenses, Medicaid violations, reproductive battery, or homicide.

Requires Department of Health to issue emergency orders suspending licenses of health care practitioners arrested for committing, attempting, soliciting, or conspiring to commit 32 specified criminal offenses including sexual abuse, trafficking, kidnapping, and child exploitation offenses.

Applies new suspension authority to health care practitioners statewide rather than only those licensed under chapters 458-466 and 484.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
