Eliminates religious exemption from school-entry health examinations; removes language allowing parents to object on religious grounds.

Specifies 10 required immunizations for children: diphtheria, Haemophilus influenzae type b, hepatitis B, mumps, pertussis, poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, tetanus, and varicella.

Authorizes Department of Health to require immunizations for other communicable diseases by rule, including emergency rules under s. 120.54(4).

Restricts religious exemptions from immunization to vaccines introduced after January 1, 2021; prohibits religious objections to the 10 specified vaccines or those on the market before that date.

Requires the Board of Medicine and Board of Osteopathic Medicine to jointly create a medical exemption review panel to review all medical exemptions filed with the Department of Health.
