Adds "Professional in Claims (PIC) from 2021 Training, LLC" to the list of professional designations that exempt applicants from the all-lines adjuster license examination requirement in Florida.

Requires the PIC designation curriculum to be approved by the department and include comprehensive analysis of basic property and casualty insurance lines with testing equivalent to standard department testing.

Applies the PIC exemption to both resident and nonresident all-lines adjuster license applicants by reenacting related provisions in state law.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
