Creates s. 741.301, F.S. to allow respondents to petition for sealing of domestic violence injunction petitions and related documents if the petition was withdrawn, dismissed, or ruled in favor of the respondent, with no time limit for filing.

Exempts expunctions sought for cases dismissed, nolle prosequi, or resulting in acquittal from the limit on the number of expunctions a person may seek under s. 943.0585.

Allows expunction of criminal history records for offenses committed when the person was a minor, except when the minor was charged as an adult, even if the person previously secured an expunction for such offense.

Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to issue or deny a certificate of eligibility for expunction within 6 months of application submission.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
