Changes the maximum weekly unemployment benefit from $275 to the product of Florida's minimum wage multiplied by 40 hours per week.

Removes the $6,325 cap on total benefit amounts during a benefit year, allowing benefits to be calculated solely by multiplying the weekly benefit amount by the number of weeks determined by statute.

Maintains the minimum weekly benefit amount at $32 and the requirement that benefits equal 25 percent of total base period wages.

Reenacts related provisions in sections 443.041, 443.1116 to conform with the amendments to unemployment benefit calculations.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
