Resolves collective bargaining impasses between the State of Florida and certified state employee bargaining units for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Requires the Federation of Physicians and Dentists Supervisory Non-Professional Unit's Article 7 "Employee Standards of Conduct and Performance" impasse to be resolved using the state's proposals dated February 18, 2021.

Requires the Federation of Physicians and Dentists Physicians Unit's Article 7 "Employee Standards of Conduct and Performance" impasse to be resolved using the state's proposals dated February 18, 2021.

Resolves Police Benevolent Association Security Services Unit's Article 23 "Hours of Work/Overtime" impasse through the General Appropriations Act for 2021-2022 and by maintaining status quo under existing collective bargaining agreement language.

All other unresolved collective bargaining impasses shall be resolved according to personnel rules in effect April 29, 2021, and by maintaining status quo under current collective bargaining agreement language.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
