Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2021 for the trade secret exemption in section 573.123, Florida Statutes, making the exemption permanent.

Maintains confidentiality protection for trade secret information of persons subject to marketing orders held by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, except when disclosed to attorneys providing legal advice on marketing order enforcement or by court order.

Eliminates the requirement that the exemption be subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and reviewed for reenactment by the Legislature.

Takes effect October 1, 2021.
