Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2021 for the public records exemption protecting trade secret information of persons subject to citrus marketing orders under the Department of Citrus.

Continues the confidentiality protection for trade secret information as defined in s. 812.081, exempting such information from public records disclosure requirements under s. 119.07(1) and the Florida Constitution.

Eliminates the requirement for this exemption to be reviewed and reauthorized under the Open Government Sunset Review Act provisions in s. 119.15, making the exemption permanent.

Effective date: October 1, 2021.
