Re-creates the Triumph Gulf Coast Trust Fund within the Department of Economic Opportunity (FLAIR number 40-2-043) which was scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2021 under constitutional mandate

Removes the termination provision from section 288.80125, Florida Statutes that required the trust fund to end on July 1, 2021

Extends the life of the trust fund based on legislative findings that it continues to serve an important public purpose and existing public policy provides adequate parameters for its use

Takes effect upon becoming law
