Exempts exempt or confidential information obtained by the Florida Gaming Control Commission from public disclosure, allowing the commission to share it with other governmental entities while maintaining its protected status.

Allows the commission to close portions of meetings when discussing exempt or confidential information, provided the chair declares the necessity in writing and files it as a public record.

Requires the entire closed session to be recorded, including start and end times, all discussion, proceedings, and names of attendees, with no portion off the record.

Restricts attendance at exempted meeting portions to commission members, Department of Law Enforcement staff, and persons necessary to present the exempt information.

Makes recordings, minutes, and notes from closed portions confidential and exempt until the information discussed is no longer exempt, subject to repeal on October 2, 2026 unless reenacted by the Legislature.
