Creates s. 381.00318, F.S., establishing a public records exemption for employee complaints alleging private employer violations of state law regarding COVID-19 vaccination policies or practices.

Makes employee complaints and all related investigative information held by the Department of Legal Affairs confidential and exempt from public records disclosure until the investigation is completed or ceases to be active.

Defines "active investigation" as one being conducted by the department with reasonable good faith belief that it may lead to a determination of violation.

Maintains confidentiality of employee medical information and religious beliefs even after investigation completion if disclosure would jeopardize other active investigations, reveal medical information, or reveal religious beliefs.

Authorizes release of confidential information to other governmental entities for lawful purposes and permits disclosure of aggregated information; the exemption automatically repeals on October 2, 2023.
